How much does it cost?
The first call is free. On that call we tell you the price for your work before you agree to anything. No surprise bills.
How long does it take?
The call is usually about 15 minutes. How long the work takes depends on what you need — we tell you on the call and keep you updated on your dashboard.
Do I need to come to your office?
No. Everything is done by phone, WhatsApp and your dashboard.
What if I've never done a tax return before?
That's fine, and it's common. We register you with HMRC, explain what you need to keep, and do the return for you.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your details are only seen by our team. Your dashboard opens with a private link sent to you — there's no password for anyone to guess. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
What if I need to change my call time?
Open your dashboard and tap 'Request a reschedule'. We'll WhatsApp you a new time.
